Advice please

I'm 3 weeks late and getting BFN every time I test. It's heart break after heart break. Well I'm experiencing tighting in my stomach and very bad nausea. I've been eating more than usual and have been having all sorts of mood swings. Me and my husband are so confused. But what are these pains in my tummy? Please comment
