Sperm count !!!!

Anybody ! Iv searched all over the internet and just keep finding conflicting information! I just want to know. I'm so heart broken. My Partners spearm count was 5 million per millimetre, we will of been ttc for a year at the end of this month. Is there any chance we will conciveve ??!? Iv just bought fertilaid for men and maca supplements for him to try and he's stopped having baths every day now showers instead and hoping for a better test when he has to do it again in July !? Any stories or anything will really be appreciated.
