Trying to concieve!

I've been trying to concieve for over 7 months and haven't been able to. My ovaries were really low so I had them massaged back up (Thursday). On Sunday, I woke up and had blood on my panties and ever since then I have had a red/brownish staining when I wipe? What can this be? According to the glow app, today is my most fertile day. What should I do, what all do you guys recommend?
