Nap Time
How long does your 4-5 month old nap during the day? My 5 month old sleeps 12 straight hours through the night but only nap 20mins or less during the day. She takes around 3-4 catnaps a day. Her bed time is 6:15 and she doesn't wake up until 6:15 the next morning. She is EBF.
