12 weeks and not showing?

Is that okay? how far were you ladies when you first started showing? I don't have ANY symptoms beside my breast being tender but other than that nothing my stomach hasn't even grown or anything I'm just so curious this is my first time being pregnant so I don't know how my body will be reacting I have my first appointment tomorrow and I'm nervous as well!

I finally "popped" at 20 weeks. They weren't kidding when they say it happens over night. I'm only 5ft 2in and on the slimmer side so I thought I would show sooner, but my son likes to sit more in my back! You'll start to show sooner than you know it! Up until that point I looked like I had eaten a few to many donuts!

I was barely above the healthy weight when I conceived (135 suggested and I weighed 140) and I didn't start showing until nearly 16 weeks and I just looked like I was getting lax in my weight control haha I was nearly 6 months before it was obvious I was pregnant and even then I got a lot of "there's no way your 6 months!" Comments. And apparently first time pregnancies are normal for that. Don't worry. You'll show :) I hated the "I just look fat!" Phase. Just be patient, it'll go faster than you think. I'm 14 weeks and not showing! No symptoms either except for sore boobs earlier on, and fatigue. I didn't feel pregnant, and still don't, but my recent ultrasound proved that our little guy is in there! Just be thankful that you're not sick and feeling like crap! I know I am! ?

At 12 weeks your baby/uterus is well into your pelvic area, hence the not showing bit.. It is after 12 weeks especially a first baby that your uterus will rise up and out of your pelvic cavity. You may not show until 20weeks being your first.

When I was 12 wks my tummy was barely bloated, just enough to make it so that I couldn't button my jeans anymore but not enough to actually be a bump or look like more than just chub/bloat. I'm also petite, 5'3" and this is my first child. I'm 18w3d now and still barely a bump. You can tell a bit more easily that I may be pregnant  now when I wear a very tight shirt because there's the start of a bump but otherwise it's still not really "popping" out in a noticeable way. I've been told that for some women, especially with the first child it doesn't really pop out until 5-6 months.

My Sil is 11 weeks and only had slight bump can hardly tell unless you know her and no symptoms what so ever I think with your first it takes longer to show

Usually first time pregnancies you show a lot later on and every woman is different so don't worry!

I'm 5'2 and size 2 & had quite a flat tummy before falling pregnant. I'm 7 weeks & looking bloated ATM but I don't think it's a "baby bump". Just a lot of bloating & tight clothes haha

First pregnancy & 10 weeks. Already have a little bump & have since about 7/8 weeks. Maybe it's because I had such a flat tummy before but idk? Seems to grow every day now.
