Advise: Pregnant at Work

I work for a large, to be unnamed, sandwich chain. I've been there for 4 years and never once had a break, even on 11 hour shifts. It's rare that I even get a chance to use the restroom during the day. Now that I'm pregnant, this is posing more of a problem than ever. Coworkers have called the BBB in the past and been told there is nothing that can be done. I can't afford to quit but I'm not sure how much longer I can do this. Any suggestions?
