My period is 8 days late and I am so scared to test! Please be BFP!

I have irregular periods how long should I wait to test? I have had no spotting just clear discharge in my underwear and feeling wet a lot. I have had heartburn randomly throughout the day and lower back pain. I feel dizzy/nauseous when I'm just sitting down randomly. Tmi but I am always consipated and my bowels are not like that. Very odd! I am extremely tired. Veiny breast but not tender or sore.
