Can it effect the test?

So I've taken fr test and have been getting super faint lines!! .. Today I took another one and during the three minutes of waiting.. My friend saw a lone and she began to shake it , mind you this was like a minute into the test ... Anyways .. There was still a SUPER faint line but I was wondering if she messed with a test and it could have had an effect on the result?!?
