What happening

2 days late and today I had pinching pain on my lower left side of my adominal and it went on and off and cramping all day and dizziness randomly and just feel not right!!!!!!! ( it's not like my normal period symptoms)and now at the end of the day I'm having so light spotting and I only see it when I wipe myself and it's not red or pink it's almost like an orange color what I'd happening
