Relationships and lies

Ok so I lied when I was younger about losing my virginty because all my friends just assumed I did so I went along with it cause I was getting sick of being accused! But gossip travels fast in high school and everyone knows the lie I feel horrible and wrecked about it. I now have lost my virginty to the most amazing guy but he's upset with the lie and he wants me to tell my best friend who I've lied straight to her face making the lie bigger and she's like obsessed with sex and hates liars what should I do I can't tell her if it means losing her
