Fenugreek Side Effects

I'm breastfeeding and my supply was dropping to nearly nothing. So I was told to try the fenugreek. Well I did and an unfortunate side effect is diarrhea. I was wondering if there was anything to I guess make stool more firm. Some type of foods ingredient or something. I know there's still softeners so I didn't know if maybe there was something for diarrhea or something that you can do that just helps ease that.
