Share your period tips!
So I'm laying in my bed, day 1 of my period, dealing with the horrible cramp that I always get that only lasts for my first day, armed with my hot water bottle.
I'm not sure if it's just me, but not only do I get abdominal cramps, I get the kind that is deep down in my groin and it's extremely uncomfortable.
I find that if I place my hot water bottle over my pyjama bottoms between my legs (not touching skin) for a few seconds and let the heat seep through, it kind of eases the pain in my groin.
Most won't class this as a tip but what are some of your tips when it's your TOTM?
