Blah!?

So I have been experiencing bad stomach cramps, nausea, high sensitivity to smell and food, headaches and sore heavy boobs. I took a test n was negative then went to a doctor n he took a test n was still negative, he even dd an ultrasound n said there is only blood blockage. So now what?! I've been feeling like this for a week now n my partner n I are ttc n still waiting for my period, please help?
