Pregnant or sick

Ok so monday my period came on early (four days early) anf today at 2am I started vomiting and tmi diarrhea omg both so horrible but I dont feel sick like flue sick and dont have a fever but ive been wearing a panty liner and it looks like af is gone only light light pink when I wipe sometimes. And like a week or so ago my boobs were so sore hubby said they grew but don't hurt anymore. What do you all think, I call the doctor waiting for them to call back
