6 weeks into exercise postpartum
I had my baby boy February 15th. Pregnant photo is at 37 weeks and the other is today. I got cleared to work out at 6 weeks, so now I am 6 weeks in on exercising. I have been putting in some hard freaking work! I have 2 vacations coming up which motivates me even more. Anyone else back at it postpartum? What have you been doing as far as exercising and eating right?
