Spotting

I am 10 weeks today, this is baby #5 for us!  It's also been 7 years since I have been pregnant so there is a lot I have forgotten!  This morning I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was brown spotting.  Nothing in my underwear.  It has only happened the once today.  I did cramp on my right side some today which happened early in the pregnancy because I had a cyst on that side.  I am trying not to stress too much, I looked it up both online and in a pregnancy book and it seems to say brown is nothing to worry about.  Has anyone else had this happen?
