Confused and hurt (spotting)

Hey all you lovelies I'm really unsure as to what this is for the last week have been experiencing what I thought were pregnancy symptoms af due 14th and really hopes this was our month however when I went to the toilet earlier I had a extremely light coloured blood appear when I wiped (sorry if tmi) I've never had it before and wondered weather or could be the start of horrible af or weather it's what people call spotting? I've also felt a really wired flickering feeling in my lower abdomen today does this sound familiar to anyone freaking out here 😩🙏🏻
