Echogenic bowel??????

I just had my 19 week gender/anatomy scan and we found out we were having a little girl!!! Everything went well except for the doctor told us that she has an echogenic bowel and I am extremely worried..... have any of you ladies experienced this??? What happened with you??? Any input would be GREATLY APPRECIATED because this momma bear is so worried for her little cub 😓
