How many times have you felt the release of your egg, ladies?

When I ovulate, I feel one sharp twinge of pain way down low, in the middle of the pelvic area, which goes awsy about 30 seconds later. This happens almost every month. I've heard that womem csn feel their ovulation (egg release). I believe that is what that feeling is. Can you feel yours?
