36 weeks & bleeding

Ok, so I was 1cm last week, & they have had to stop my contractions twice in 2 weeks. I had an appt today, & I started bleeding a little before I went. I called to see what I needed to do, & they told me to come to the appt. When the dr checked me he said I wasn't bleeding (which was a lie), I was 80% thin, & he could feel baby's head. I've still been spotting since the appt, & I have lots of pain in my tail bone area. Any suggestions on what I should do?
