Kidney Dilation...

Went to the doctor yesterday, 34 weeks 2 days, to get another growth ultrasound. My handsome man is growing wonderfully but his left kidney is dilated a half a centimeter or 5 mm. Which from the little bit of research I've done is minimum and has seemed to correct itself, doctor didn't seem worried wondering if anyone else has gone through this with their pregnancies, and asking for prayers that it will correct itself before he gets here...
