All day sickness ?

Question

Hi, i m 5 weeks 5 days preg n m having this morning sickness all day.. I can eat wel. I feel to vomit all the time. I dont want to eat or drink anything ( not even water). Even when i think of some food i feel to vomit.
Can anyone help me. Any suggestions. 
This is my second pregnancy. I didnt have any these symptoms in my first.

I really feel for you I had it bad from 5-9 weeks it should get better, try find a food that is easier to keep down like toast and buy some effervescent tablets that will rehydrate you. If you get too dehydrated you will need to be put on an IV so just try keep your fluids up. Also the doctor can prescribe safe medication that will help will your nausea. Hope you feel better soon hun and I'm sure it will pass xx

Pregnancy is different every time. My sister had horrible sickness like this with her first child, nothing with the second. She got so bad she had to be hospitalized for a week or so. Keep track of your weight and fluids. Give your doctor a call and see what they say. I had luck taking Zofran for the nausea but it's not for everyone.
