Cramping at 22w 3days

Today at work, a kid fell on the playground and gashed his head open really bad. Blood everywhere. Being the supervisor the staff brought him to me and asked for help. I don't normally deal with blood well. But took one look at this hole in his head and told the staff to keep pressure on it. Anyways, it was stressful, nasty and adrenalin rush from hell. I have been cramping low every since about 10am when this all occurred. I called my OB and had to leave a msg. I'm still on edge about the whole thing, the kid got 8 stitches in his forehead, and his home now fine. I'm worried I might have over stressed myself. The cramps feel like period pain, but no discharge or anything. Baby is still active and moving. I just hope it's not hurting her or anything. My mom told me to kick back and relax, and I've tried. But working at a daycare center, I'm on. My feet a lot and this morning just really got me worked up. Anybody think I should be worried?
