Any BFP after eating better??

I'm curious if anyone out there got a BFP after eating better?? 😊

I cut out my fast food. I used to eat it all the time. It took me a year to achieve that BFP but it has finally happened! Also I have heard cutting out gluten can help! Baby dust!

I started eating Paleo (no carb, high natural fat) and taking prenatals just to get healthier and improve my skin and nails. Three months later, we begin TTC and I immediately conceive. Immediately. It was crazy!

I am a very healthy eater (all organic) no fast food, no soda, one cup of coffee and the only other thing I drink is water. With that said I am on month 8 of ttc... so I don't know if it truly matters all that much😔

I cut out red meat and pork like 2 years ago. I went heavy on fruits and veggies and did my best to get organic. I also started accupunctute and I got my BFP about 1.5 weeks ago! :)

I admittedly don't have the best eating habits (the hubs and I eat fast food about once every week or every other week because we are running around to different places), eating late, and eating meals that, while homemade, aren't well balanced. It didn't prevent me from getting pregnant. And I'm 35 weeks now with a healthy growing baby boy. So it may help some people to a degree but I don't think eating habits have much bearing on getting pregnant, at least not in my experience.

I've completely switched to eating low cholesterol type meal plans, as well as little to no carbs (by this I mean white bread, white rice), and I cut out sugar (obviously means fast food was cut). This is the first month I feel right. My period was normal, my ovulation is normal. It can make a HUGE difference. Add walking at least 30min and you'll change your life.

After trying for six months, I stopped drinking alcohol and coffee at all and started eating more veggie meals. Got my bfps right after (miscarried first month, second was sticky bean). Not sure it's related, but was def good practice for pregnancy!
