Time to focus on other things
So I told myself if AF came this month that I would switch my focus to weight loss instead of waiting on BFP. Just gonna have fun with it and focus on getting healthy. I've gained a good 40 lbs in the last year and a half that I've been married so I think it's time to lose it and feel better about myself. Any tips on how to get started on this lifestyle change? I hope to loose a good 20-30 lbs in three months.
