Am I the only woman this happens to...

Ok so once a month for a few days this weird stuff comes out of my vagina it's like this white kinda goopy stuff and kinda some times looks like paste. I don't know what it is bu t.v. it has been happen ring ever since I got my period. Can anyone help me with this...What is it...and what does it mean...
