Frequent Diarrhea

Ok, I probably have diarrhea at least 5 or more times a week when I actually do Poop. It drives me insane. No other health issues, any one else delt with IBS? I have done a little research before my doctors appointment week after next and that seems to be the leading diagnosis with my symptoms.
