I had a negative at 11&12dpo and got a positive at 14dpo. So no.

It is very individual, who gets bfp at 12dpo. For some women the egg implants on that day...however, it is difficult for u to set a date, since ur period is irregular. But 12 dpo majority of women still have bfn, even though they r pregnant already...i would wait still about 4 days, i  case the egg implants on 12dpo, in 4 days hcg should be at deyectable level!
