Freaking out!

My period has been irregular with having a cycle from 28-34 days but I have been having one each month. I was suppose to get it by the 11th, but I'm not feeling any pms except cramping. My bf and I had protected sex with a condom on the 30th, which was suppose to be on a safe day 4 days after ovulation. Ive taken a test on the 11th and got a negative. And I took another one today. Is there a chance Im pregnant?
