Trying to conceive

So I started feeling extremely sick to my stomach a couple days ago at night and I finally threw up.  Also my boobs have gotten bigger and are sensitive to touch. I'm also breaking out like crazy. I'm just and so afraid to see another BFN. My AF isn't due for another week, should I take one now or wait til it's closer?
