6 wks.. Concerned

Hello! I am 6 weeks today according to my LMP. Yesterday I started having light brown discharge upon going potty. There is no smell to the discharge and it is very light, only when I wipe and only sometimes. Also, I am not cramping but I do feel "something " going on.. Almost like a poke or a stretch at times (hard to describe) I see my OB on Monday for my first appointment. Has any other mommies to be experienced this? I am getting concerned! Thank you! 🌸 Also, this is my first pregnancy so it is all very new to me.
