Chart interpretation

Hi I'm pretty new to the forum and have started bbt was wondering if someone could take a look at my chart, not sure when I ovulated my temperature rise doesn't match my peak on fertility monitor or my opk test strip. Any suggestions or comments greatly appreciated.
