Trying to lose weight. Need help.

What does everyone do when they're dieting and trying to eat better but then night time rolls around and all you wanna do is eat and snack? Do you have a certain snack you eat or make a shake? Or do you just ignore it? I am sick of being so jiggly and I wanna lose weight but as soon as it's bedtime I feel like I'm starving and it's driving me crazy.
