Second baby and I just had a break down

Hi ladies... So this is my second girl and I'm almost 34 weeks. As I started packing my hospital bag I started to cry and freak out! It all of a sudden hit me that I'm going to have two to deal with and be sleep deprived and have sore nipples all over again. I just don't want my oldest daughter, who is almost 3 to feel left out. I had a horrible first birth which was a bit traumatizing (I bled out and had several blood transfusions) and I had some post Partum depression. Any moms out there with multiple kids have advice for me?? Thanks!
