Hello lovely TTC ladies, I'm wondering if anyone can recommend vitamin supplements for my husband?   Anyone had a success with a particular brand?

Hi my husband and I felt hopeless after 1 year of trying without success, went to see a fertility doctor in the USA but didn't feel comfortable. I had a lot of recommendations from an amazing fertility doctor in the Dominican Republic, anyways it turned out my husband has motility problem so he was prescribed a male reproductive complex (MRC) only sold online ships from Miami. The doctor in DR said is the best in the market. My husband has been taking it religiously.

Coenzyme Q10 may improve sperm motility and morphology and it was found to increase fertilisation rates. It also has been shown to improve egg quality in mice. There haven't been large scale randomised trials on women, but it is unlikely to cause harm so I am taking it as well.
