Eyelid spots?

Does anyone know what these spots are? There's a red one on the right that I've squeezed to try to pop, but that just causes pain and doesn't seem to pop. 😕 prior to me messing with it, it looked like the two spots on the left that are white. It reduces the appearance when I apply hot compress for awhile, but they never go away? What are these things???
