Semen analysis

Does anyone know a lot about sperm morphology.  Hubbys results came back within normal limits, but only low on the morphology.  They say it's at 2 percent and they want it at around 4 percent.  Does this make it harder to conceive naturally.  Any glowers have the same results and conceived with no issues?
