Not sure if I'm pregnant? Help!!

It's only been a few days, but man, are the signs sure there. Weird pain in my abdomen, discharge, sore breasts, smells bother me, lack of appetite, then a huge appetite and feel sick afterwards, no cravings though. Frequent urination just started today.... Not sure what else it could be. Share your stories with me? How soon did you know? I just don't feel.... Right.
