What is this type of CM called and is this a sign of pregnancy or period?

I do not get this kind of CM in large amounts. Most of the time it's dry/scanty. I ovulated late (probably day 17-18) and now it's day 33 and I'm still not getting my period. I had protected sex this cycle a few times and the condom didn't break. The guy didn't ejcaulate into me either. No spotting/bleeding. No pregnancy symptoms except bearable sore boobs and mild cramps. Is period coming or is it something else?
