For the past

Few days probably since the 9th I've been having cramps where my right ovary is. I got my first positive ovulation test on the 9th. I took one yesterday it was positive. Today it was negative. Could the pains be a sign of pregnancy?

I thought the pings of pain would have stopped along with ovulation. Also my ovulation positive tests never lasted more then three days and this one lasted 5 days. Pings of pain over my ovary only usually happens when I'm ovulating, and also I've had a lot of CM since the 9th.

I know this is a stupid question but honestly this is technically my first time trying to conceive so don't judge me. I just need an honest answer to an honest question...
