Devastating news
So me and my husband have been ttc for 14 months now with no luck so we decided to see our GP and have tests done. My bloods came back in keeping with that I'd ovulated (I always have a positive opk day 10-12 also) but we had the bad news that my husbands sperm count is seriously low. So now we have an appointment with an infertility clinic in 3 weeks. He is really upset, as am I and we are just trying to support each other until we know what our options are.
So far he has cut out caffine, alcohol only at weekend if any at all, no more hot baths, eats well anyway and started taking multi vits.....
Is anyone else going or gone through this who have any advise??
