Why is it so confusing? -TTC

I've been testing for ovulation twice a day first morning pee and at 230pm. Glow and another app I use have Closed the ovulation window for me. This is the third month in a row I get no positives for ovulation my AF is on time 5 days each cycle. I'm so confused, I went to the doctor he said everything looked good, he even did a ultrasound showed me my ovaries and the little possibilities in there.... I was so excited I'm so confused.
