I need advice

I got my IUD put in less than a month ago. And they told me there would be bleeding. But I have been bleeding for a week straight, it smells awful, and I have cramps that I can't even describe. It makes me nauseous constantly.  I have had bad period cramps my whole life but nothing compares to the way I feel right now. What do I do? Should I go get it taken out or suck it up.
