Frustrated and angry!

Yesterday I thought I had implantation bleeding. It was brown and only in the toilet paper when I wiped. This morning I woke up to having my AF full on. It's a week early!!! I have always been regular and don't understand why it came early and now it's going to throw my tracking all off. I am so confused and frustrated to it coming early and not getting pregnant this time. I had what I thought was signs of early pregnancy only for hopes to be destroyed.
