A certain age

I haven't had sex not any kind of sex yet. I'm still not ready. But, until I am, as well as finding a special someone, I have a lot of ambitions to accomplish and achieve to finish in the rest of my life. Do you have to be a certain age of having it? What are your suggestions for birth control when I come to that topic? (Which is a long way from now until I'm mentally and physically active and ready as well as a four year college and/or university of my choice). Does it have to be in any place to have it? Please tell me.
