Leaking Waters??

Hey all, I'd really love some help here... I'm 36w 4d and I think I've been slowly leaking small yet consistent amounts of amniotic fluid... I'd rather not get seen in the birthing center because I have a check up tomorrow in the afternoon anyway (was gonna have them check then). That and I feel fine otherwise (besides the usual aches & pains of being almost full-term)... but I was wondering if there are any ways you can tell if it's amniotic fluid or not from home? Like any tricks?

**ALSO: Today is my anniversary, so I was wondering if it may be my waters, if we should hold off on the sex? I would assume that's a given, with the potential risk of infection & what not, but I figured it'd be safer to ask just in case...
