How much water?

I drink 16.9 oz of bottle a water ...my question is how many should i drink a day?  .. 5 weeks and trying not to stress .

I drink about four 16 oz bottles each day...that's almost half my weight. I hate water, so this is a great feat for me!

I have a 16.5 oz cup that I drink my water from, recently I got chewed out for only drinking two or three a day! I was told in order for my body to stay well hydrated for pregnancy I need to drink 10 of my 16.5 oz cups of water daily.... Yuck! As you can imagine I barely make it to ten with out some sort of added flavor. 😄 I would definitely ask your doctor what he/she wants you to drink a day! ☺️ good luck.

My midwife advises all her patients to drink at least 100 oz a day. Not sure if she is going by a certain guideline, but that's what I go by.
