Holy hemorrhoids! !

As of 12 days postpartum I have been suffering with the worst hemorrhoids I could imagine. I didn't have them when I was pregnant, didn't get them while pushing my little squish out. Was actually reveling in the fact that this was by far the easiest delivery of all three of my boys, when out of nowhere BAM "what the heck is that pain". Anyone else had this happen? What did you do to stop the suffering? I've tried ice packs, tucks pads, warm bath, hemorrhoid ointment...nothing brings relief. I feel like I'm going insane from the pain, not to mention not doing a very good job of being a new mom I'm in so much pain.
