Pregancy Anxiety

Please someone help ease my anxiety. I know the answer but i need other people to tell me to help me relax. I had sex foe the first time in almost 2 years last Thursday. Im not on birth control because it makes me sick. I picked up condoms for my like escapade. So the guy and i gor all hot and heavy and we had sex for a few minutes realized i had not given him the condom. He said he had one on but we all know that is a bold face lie. So he out one on and the rest you know. So now im freaking out because i ovulated the day before and i was still in fertile window. Here we are 5 days later and im panicking. I know the chances of become pregant by pre cum are low. Even thought im not sure there was any. So i had cramps yeaterday and today im moody. Im supposed to get my period in 8 day so it seems too early for PMS. So im freaking myself out thinking im implementing. Bahh help.
