Conceiving on Hormonal Therapy Pills

I have a weird question to ask... I'm 30 years old and have always had irregular periods sometimes don't even get one unless my doctor induces me. Recently I have been considering taking hormone replacement therapy meds that I took when I was 15 and was able to get a period for 4 years on time. I went off it bc I was sexually active and after that never did I get a period on my own. My boyfriend and I have been discussing having a baby together. But I don't know if I'll be able to conceive giving I was on fertility medication before for 2 years with my then husband(I am now divorced). Does anyone know if I can conceive on HRT medications?
